Introduction:

Caesium Lab offers a multi-blockchain wallet, allowing users to manage and store various cryptocurrencies securely. Additionally, Caesium Lab provides the option for users to exchange tokens through third-party smart contracts or decentralized exchanges (DEXs). This Crypto Wallet and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Caesium Lab's wallet and exchange services.

I. Crypto Wallet Services:

Create or Import Wallet:

Caesium Lab allows users to create new wallets compatible with supported blockchain systems (BTC, ETH, BSC, HECO, TRON, Polkadot, Kusama, EOS, COSMOS, BOS, ENU, MOAC, IOST, and others Caesium Lab may support in the future). Users can also import existing wallets generated by other wallet applications, provided they are compatible with Caesium Lab.

Wallet Password:

Users are required to set a Wallet Password during wallet creation. This password encrypts and protects the private key associated with the wallet. Caesium Lab does not store the Wallet Password on its servers or the user's mobile device. If the user forgets the Wallet Password, recovery will require the Private Key or Mnemonic Words.

Manage Tokens:

Caesium Lab enables users to add, manage, and delete tokens supported by the platform. Users can customize their wallet by selecting the tokens they wish to include or exclude.

Transfer and Receive Tokens:

Users can transfer and receive tokens through Caesium Lab using the wallet's private key to sign transactions. It is important to note that actual token transfers occur on the respective blockchain systems rather than within Caesium Lab.

Market Observation:

Caesium Lab provides users with access to observe the market for tokens supported by the platform. Market data, such as token quotations, is captured from corresponding exchanges and displayed in the "Markets" section.

Browse DApps:

Users can use Caesium Lab to access and interact with various decentralized applications (DApps) developed by Caesium Lab or third-party developers. Caesium Lab serves as an interface tool for DApp interaction.

II. Crypto Token Exchange Services:

Token Exchange:

Caesium Lab allows users to exchange tokens through third-party smart contracts or DEXs. The platform acts as a facilitator, enabling users to interact with third-party services and view corresponding exchange results.

Suspension of Service:

In certain circumstances, Caesium Lab may suspend or limit specific functions for a particular user. However, it is essential to understand that blockchain-based transactions are irreversible, and Caesium Lab cannot reverse or cancel transactions.

III. User Obligations and Acknowledgements:

User Obligations:

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to using Caesium Lab's wallet and exchange services.

Risks:

Users acknowledge and understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including market volatility, security risks, and the potential for loss of funds. Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions while using Caesium Lab's services.

Third-party Services:

Caesium Lab may offer access to third-party services such as third-party DApps, smart contracts, online wallets, exchanges, and more. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions of third-party services they interact with through Caesium Lab.

By using Caesium Lab's crypto wallet and exchange services, users agree to comply with this Crypto Wallet and Exchange Policy and all relevant terms and conditions. Users should exercise caution, stay informed about cryptocurrency risks, and make informed decisions when using Caesium Lab's services. Caesium Lab reserves the right to update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services or applicable regulations.

At Caesium, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users while providing a seamless platform for buying and selling crypto coins in a peer-to-peer or person-to-person (P2P) environment. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information as you engage with our P2P crypto trading services. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

To enable P2P access and ensure the security of transactions, we collect personal information during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This information may include:

  1. Full name
  2. Email address
  3. Address proof
  4. Government-issued identification proof (e.g., passport, driver's license)
  5. Selfie for identity verification

Once we verify the documents, you can successfully access the P2P sections.

  6. Our platform offers a peer-to-peer (P2P) trading section where users can buy and sell crypto coins securely and directly with each other.
  7. You can convert your tokens into local currency through the P2P section, making it convenient to engage in crypto transactions.
  8. In the P2P section, you have the flexibility to choose the types of tokens you want to buy or sell, based on the available options.
  9. As a convenience fee for using our platform for token buying and selling, we will charge a percentage on the total token value of each transaction.

Please note that the market value of tokens can fluctuate rapidly, and you may observe differences in token prices within short time frames. The value of tokens for both buying and selling will vary based on the current day's market value.

    Transaction Status Details

Our platform provides a clear distinction between paid, unpaid, and dispute transactions for both buyers and sellers to monitor their P2P trade progress. The buyer is responsible for transferring the exact amount specified by the seller to complete the purchase of tokens. Caesium assures the security of the selling and buying of tokens by enabling biometric and password options. After initiating the payment, the buyer should take a screenshot or provide any other valid proof of the transaction.

Whereas the seller is responsible for verifying the buyer's payment details to ensure successful completion of the token purchase. Once the seller confirms that the payment has

been received and matches the specified amount, the token will be transferred to the buyer's account.

Live Chat Features

When a user engages in a buy or sell transaction, a live chat feature will be enabled immediately, allowing effective communication between buyers and sellers. The chat option allows buyers and sellers to discuss transaction details, ask questions, and clarify any uncertainties.

Dispute Resolution

In the case of buy or sell token issues, the transaction may be marked as a "Dispute," prompting further investigation. Here our admin will act as a mediator and investigate the payment dispute based on the evidence provided by both buyers and sellers and will resolve the dispute accordingly.
